I'm working from home today and my 3-year-old son is sick so I get to use the TV as a babysitter so he doesn't run around and wear himself out. After his nap I asked him what he wants to watch. "I want to watch Top Gear, daddy." Such feels!

I don't have cable so I don't get to watch a lot of Top Gear, but my daughter (turns 3 in May) has some toys that she loves more than the rest. My old and her new Hot Wheels. Also, Cars is one of her favorite movies. She loves them. And in May I'll have a son to start in on the car love as well!

Yeah, we just watched the P1 episode, working our way though Series 21.
He's pretty nuts about cars. We do Cars & Coffee every other week and he's usually with me at the race track (well Cal Speedway, since it's close). A few of his Hot Wheels accompany him wherever he goes.

Congrats on the upcoming boy! I have one of each as well, with the boy first. His sister likes to drive Hot Wheels with him and go for rides in the Power Wheels Jeep.

We had Netflix, but we had to get rid of it because in Alaska, you have a cap on your internet usage and Netflix uses a lot of bandwidth. The pre-load the entire video when you click on it and any time you stop it, it's then reloads the entire video.
As for the Power Wheels though, we picked up a used PW Silverado and I'm fixing it up for my daughter, we're also thinking about just buying a new one that we say at Sam's Club.
